Calci-Worms are the larvae of the black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens). As larvae they store high levels of calcium for future pupation as they change into adult flies. As well as being high in calcium, they are also high in fat and protein making them an extremely rich and nutritious diet.
Safe and legal to feed to your chickens. Bursting with essential fats and protein, with an extra helping of natural calcium for good, strong eggshells. Only calci-worms have natural beneficial calcium (between 20x to 40x more than mealworms). A nutritional treat that can be fed daily.
